THE TICKET HOLDER 411 (Covid info)
To ensure we are offering the safest environment possible for our patrons, dancers, and staff, Vivid Motion is joining other Maine performing arts organizations and performance venues in implementing the following Covid Policy.
All patrons MUST present proof of vaccination. To verify that you are fully vaccinated, you must present either the physical copy or a photo of your COVID-19 vaccine card as well as a valid photo ID (State, Federal Government or School ID) at the door. Vivid Motion is currently NOT accepting proof of vaccination through mobile or third party apps. These documents will be checked before you enter the building. The doors to the St. Lawrence will open one hour before the performance.
All patrons MUST wear a mask at all times while they are in the building. Masks must cover your nose and mouth.
Because of COVID and mask mandates, concessions if they are available, will not be allowed in the auditorium.
St. Lawrence Arts now has air purifiers with HEPA filters throughout the building (two in the auditorium, one backstage, one in the lobby and one in the dressing room).
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not feel well, please reschedule your performance! Vivid Motion will be reserving seats for each performance in the event a ticket holder needs to reschedule. If you are ill, or have symptoms of any illness, please reschedule.
If you reschedule, we will ask to see a negative covid test along with your proof of vaccination.
If you are unable to reschedule you may either make a tax-deductible donation to Vivid Motion Dance for your ticket purchase price or request a refund through Brown Paper Tickets. If you would like a receipt for your donation, please contact us boxoffice@vividmotion.org - 207-558-1979.
We thank you for your understanding. Our aim is to make this experience as safe as possible during these times. If you have questions or concerns, please contact: boxoffice@vividmotion.org 207-558-1979 for more information.
While no single measure will completely prevent the transmission of COVID-19, we have made these policies to help keep our community safe
In addition to following all federal and Maine CDC guidelines, we are proud to be a fully vaccinated company (from volunteers to dancers – anyone you encounter at the theater has been vaccinated).
